This platform (qr-kod.com.tr) is provided as an individual service and is not affiliated with any company, institution, organization, or legal entity. All services offered through the platform are provided "as is," and use of the platform signifies unconditional acceptance of the following terms.

All QR codes created through the platform are the sole responsibility of the users in terms of their content, usage, and any material, moral, legal, or criminal consequences arising from such usage. The platform cannot be held responsible for the illegal use of created QR codes, content that infringes on users' intellectual property rights, infringement of third parties' copyrights, malfunction or erroneous operation of QR codes, data loss, system interruptions, cyber attacks, internet connection issues, server errors, or any direct or indirect damages caused by third parties.

Users are obligated to create content that complies with the laws of the Republic of Turkey and international law when using the platform, to respect copyrights, to avoid creating links containing harmful software, to not violate personal rights, to not produce content involving hate speech, and to not infringe on others' legal rights in any way. Users are also responsible for verifying the accuracy, currency, and legality of the content they create.

For technical necessities and security purposes on the platform, minimal data such as IP address, technical details of created QR codes, browser information, and optionally email address are collected. This data is processed solely for the provision of the service and ensuring security, and is absolutely not used for commercial purposes.

No collected data is shared, sold, rented, or used for other purposes with third parties or institutions unless there is a legal obligation (such as a court order, prosecutor's request, etc.). The data is stored on servers located within the borders of the Republic of Turkey and processed in accordance with the provisions of the KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law).

The platform absolutely cannot be used for illegal activities, distribution of harmful software, spam or unsolicited content distribution, unauthorized sharing of personal data, gambling, betting, obscene content, violence, terrorism propaganda, racism, discrimination, or any kind of illegal activity. In the event such uses are detected, the relevant content will be immediately removed, and necessary legal actions will be initiated.

The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted service, does not assume responsibility for data backup, and has no obligation to provide technical support. The platform owner may temporarily or permanently suspend the service without prior notice, block access in cases of suspicious usage, remove content without moderation, and suspend user accounts.

Services offered on the platform may be changed to paid or free, new features may be added, or existing features may be removed. These changes may be made without prior notice, and users are deemed to have accepted these changes in advance.

In the event of any dispute, the laws of the Republic of Turkey shall exclusively apply, and the Courts of the Republic of Turkey shall have jurisdiction. This agreement may be amended by the platform owner without prior notice, and amendments shall take effect upon publication.

Emails, notifications, and announcements sent by the platform may be sent to users unless otherwise requested. Users can stop this communication by sending an email to info@qr-kod.com.tr.

This document has been prepared to minimize all kinds of risks arising from the use of the platform and to protect legal rights. Any use of the platform whatsoever signifies that the user has read, understood, and accepted all of these terms.

All damages, losses, and expenses that may arise due to the use of the platform are the responsibility of the user. The platform owner cannot be held responsible for any indirect or direct damages that may occur.
